J&T has partnered with an Australian Outsourcing company to provide a CRM - Project Management Coordinator for an Australian-based construction company, working from our Kathmandu office as an outsourced staff.

The Role

You will be accountable for the management of their CRM system 

Your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Build and implement Out-of-the-box CRM system that helps the business and its stakeholders improve customer management 
  •  Develop project schedules and provide regular updates to business on delivery
  • Ensure the CRM platform is updated with accurate data  
  • Develop and deliver training programs to all stakeholders
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and adjusting programs to ensure project timelines are met
  • Follow business processes, and support continuous improvement of both system and process
  • Providing regular progress reports and updates to the Project Manager
  • Responding to internal and external project-related inquiries

 Desirable skills and qualifications for this role:

  • Experience in a similar role working extensively with CRM applications
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing CRM solutions
  • Microsoft Project, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce or any other CRM experience (please mention CRM software that you have worked in, in your cover letter)
  • Experienced in Project Management
  • High level of competence with MS Office packages (especially Excel)
  • The ability to communicate with all walks of life and general excellent communication skills; both verbal and written English
  • A can-do attitude and interest in problem-solving
  • Ability to start early in the morning 5 am Nepal Time
