About Us

J&T Associates is Nepal’s premier, Outsourcing, Direct Marketing, Consulting, and BPO company. Established in the year 2003 the company offers a unique approach in managing non-core business activities through Outsource Solutions.

J&T has partnered with an Australian Outsourcing company to provide various Virtual Admin staff for Australian clients, working from our Kathmandu office as an outsourced staff.

What we offer

  • Work just 5 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • Working Hours 
  • Base Salary of Rs.35,000 - 40,000 per month (based on experience)

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Liaising with Clients, suppliers and other members of staff
  • Managing admin projects and keeping management sheets up to date
  • Devising and maintaining offices systems
  • Calendar management
  • Dealing with incoming emails and corresponding and answering on behalf of the team where necessary
  • Carrying out specific projects and research
  • Invoicing and Expenses
  • Scheduling and managing client appointments 
  • Responding to phone and email enquiries
  • Diary management
  • Drafting letters and emails
  • Payments, invoicing, and account reconciliation
  • Managing clinical suite bookings, travel, and accommodation
  • Scheduling appointments on Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Assistance with personal tasks, e.g. ordering gifts, dinner reservations
  • Other duties as specified and mutually agreed upon which may include (depending on skill set) assisting with website and social media platform updates and posts. 

Desirable skills and qualifications for this role:

  • A previous track record in admin, customer service or call centre roles
  • Intrinsically self-motivated and advanced self-management skills
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills
  • Dedication, self-motivation, tenacity and awareness
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of an established team
  • The ability to use a CRM, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and communicate effectively via emails
  • Exceptional phone manner, time management & organizational skills
  • Outstanding spoken and written English
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Must be able to start at 4 am in the morning
