J&T has partnered with an Australian Outsourcing company to provide a Student Recruitment and Admissions Officer for an Australian-based training institute, working from our Kathmandu office as an outsourced staff.
The Role
You will be accountable for the management of simple and complex or technical enquiries, and enrolments.
The incumbent is a key and active participant of the Student Enquiry and Enrolment Services team to ensure a positive outcome for applicants, students and the Institute.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- - You will be the main contact for the training institute, guiding them through their initial program screening, course application and enrolment process.
- Respond to simple and complex course inquiries from lead through to enrolment
- Provide accurate program/course advice to prospective students in line with their career goals to ensure student satisfaction
- Confidently handle future student queries via telephone, email, webchat, face-to-face and social media to optimise enrolments
- Provide information and support to facilitate improved enrolment conversion, particularly within digital channels
- Enter and maintain accurate data into the client relationship management and student management systems
- Inbound and Outbound sales calls
