J&T has partnered with an Australian Outsourcing company to provide various Hospitality jobs for Australian clients, working from our Kathmandu office as an outsourced staff.
What we offer
- Work just 5 days per week, Monday to Friday

- Base Salary of Rs.40,000 plus per month (based on experience)

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
- Providing accurate information to customers regarding hotel rates and services
- Be knowledgeable and understand current room rates, promotions & product definitions
- Oversee the accuracy of room blocks, reservations, and group market codes.
- Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type, verify availability of room type and rate.
- Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations.
- Respond to all guests' calls and emails in a timely manner
Desirable skills and qualifications for this role:
- 4- or 5-star hotel or travel agency experience preferred in Reception or Reservations
- Knowledge of the Opera PMS system
- Previous Industry experience
- Previous knowledge and experience using Opera
- Ability to process reservations
- Understanding reservation policies, cancellations, and other policies.
- Great upselling skills
- A previous track record in admin, customer service or call center roles
- Intrinsically self-motivated and advanced self-management skills
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Dedication, self-motivation, tenacity, and awareness
- An ability to work autonomously and as part of an established team
- The ability to use a CRM, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook and communicate effectively via emails
- Exceptional phone manner, time management & organizational skills
- Outstanding spoken and written English
- At least a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Must be able to start at 4 am in the morning
