About the Role:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager for an Australian client working as an Outsourced staff from our Nepal office. We are looking for an experienced sales manager with a minimum of 5 yrs' of experience in sales or business development roles preferably with an international company. 

You will have,

  • Several years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably with an international company.
  • Ability to take ownership of the sales and marketing department.
  • Proven sales experience and ability to exceed KPI’s.
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles and team-leading roles.
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective marketing activities and plans.
  • Ability to design, implement and autonomously manage successfully. marketing campaigns and promotions using a wide range of traditional and digital platforms.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and databases.
  • Competent Microsoft Office Suite skills including Word, Publisher, Excel and PowerPoint (Adobe Suite experience also valued).
  • Highly organized and self-managed.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Taking inbound sales calls and converting them.
  • Calling prospects who had previously enquired. 
  • Coordinate the team to grow the business by achieving sales targets. 
  • Planning & driving marketing campaigns following broader events and business plans.
  • Building relationships with clients, alliance partners, and other stakeholders.
