J&T Associates Pvt Ltd, is an Outsourcing company established in 2003 and employs more than 400 people in Nepal. J&T also runs a BPO and Outsourcing office for an Australian Outsourcing company as a part of its services. 

We are looking to keep in our pool, various staff for ongoing projects. 

We are looking for experienced Call Centre Operators to work from our Kathmandu office. 

Freshers with good spoken English are welcome to apply. 

Full Time, Part Time or project basis

Working Days - Monday to Friday 

Working time - 6 am to 2 pm (or as required by the client)

Salary - Based on experience - Minimum Rs. 35,000/month

About you:

Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of experience in customer service in a phone-based environment preferred but not necessary.

  • Customer service and or/call center experience essential, confident to manage a high volume of in-bound/out-bound calls
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, that allow you to listen to customers and display patience and empathy
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, confidently proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Not shy to pick up the phone and cold call 
  • Able to commit to a 7-day roster between the hours of 4 am- 4 pm as needed
  • Reliable and punctual 
  • Working within the KPI requirements
